We have an exciting day planned with speakers and NEW this year a live Swing Band!
Presentations are on the role of mindfulness and music as part of a holistic approach to managing Parkinsons, followed by a movement practice. Then put all you’ve learned to use with a live swing band, for listening, or dancing!
Time: Registration opens at 8:30, program is from 9:45 to 3:00 PM Ther is no charge and lunch will be served but registration is required.

Parking is free for OPFNE – but must park and enter on right side of the building.
